REGENERATIVE APPETITE 

You are warmly invited to the opening night of the latest exhibition at The Mill, the much-anticipated *Regenerative Appetite*.

The exhibition will showcase the work of three talented artists who explore the inefficiencies of our food system through their work. According to the Waste and Resources Action Programme, *6.7 million tonnes of food are wasted every year in the UK’s households, the equivalent of 15 billion meals.*

Food connects us, nourishes culture, and is deeply embedded within everyone’s identity. *Regenerative Appetite* marries the evocative power of artistic expression with the urgency of addressing food waste, creating an experience that engages, informs, and inspires change.

Alongside the wonderful work of Martha Wiles, Freya Gibbs, and Liz Elton, we are proud to host earth-conscious chef Esmeralda Mochino, who will be keeping everyone fed with zero waste bites. Additionally, it is a privilege to be partnered with the Rothley Wine Estate, serving drinks produced locally and responsibly. The night will be enjoyed to the backdrop of music from up and coming DJ, Will Robinson, and tableware by ceramicist Maisie Goddard.

THE YOGA MENU:

🌞 🌱Energising elixir. (9.30h – 11h)

– Uplifting Yoga

– Golden milk overnight oats, coconut yogurt and fresh mango salsa
– Avocado on toast with fermented cashew sauce and cherry tomato salsa
– Peanut butter toast with spiced fresh strawberries, basil and hemp harts

– Orange and turmeric shot
– Cold herbal tea

– Wind down Yoga practice
